Pooja M. is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in product and engineering leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Product and Engineering at Adtalem Global Education since July 2025, Pooja previously held the role of Vice President of Enterprise Platform Engineering at Cars.com, overseeing critical engineering and product lifecycles. At Adtalem Global Education from 2020 to 2023, Pooja managed enterprise systems and digital engineering with a budget exceeding $140 million and a large global team. Prior experiences include senior leadership positions at Marriott International, where Pooja managed significant operational and capital budgets while implementing technologies like AWS Connect, and roles at Pearson and Accenture, focusing on strategy and IT portfolio management. Pooja’s career began with technical roles at Sears and Infosys, along with teaching experience at Am Computers. Pooja holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology and an MBA in Global Business and Organization Leadership from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
