Mariusz Swietlinski

Mariusz Swietlinski currently serves as VP Product and Software Engineering, CIO, and Site Lead at Arelion since 2021, focusing on the implementation of complex distributed solutions across over 150 systems in both cloud and on-premise environments, while advocating for Infrastructure as Code. Prior to Arelion, Mariusz held the position of Head of Software Engineering and IT Services at Oliver Wyman, where a notable technology hub in Warsaw was expanded significantly, transforming to globally integrated teams. Additional experience includes being the Director of Software Engineering at FARA AS, leading a sizable department across multiple countries, and managerial roles at Sabre Holdings and Clear2Pay, overseeing critical systems and large engineering teams. Mariusz's career began as a Web Software Engineer as an independent consultant, contributing significantly in various technical capacities before transitioning into leadership roles. Mariusz holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering and Databases from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.
