Aaron Mart Tolentino has over a decade of experience in operations and data analysis, primarily at Accenture where employment spanned from May 2013 to May 2024. In the role of Operations Team Lead, Aaron monitored team performance, conducted root cause analyses, and developed dashboards presented to US partners. As a Subject Matter Expert, Aaron facilitated calibration calls with US claims technicians and led quality assurance audits. Earlier in the career, as a Transactions Processing Analyst, Aaron analyzed medical claim forms for coding accuracy, and at Pointwest, Aaron worked as a Data Analyst reviewing and correcting medical insurance claims.
