Amy Raucher

Amy Raucher is the current Vice President of Human Resources at AdTheorent. Prior to their current position, they served as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at New York & Company from January 2014 to March 2016. Before that, they were the HR Manager at SpaceNK from August 2008 to December 2013 where they provided sole HR support for a luxury beauty retailer with 150+ employees throughout New York, California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Virginia.

Raucher has extensive experience in overseeing the payroll process and employee maintenance system. Amy also has experience in developing and implementing new HR policies, procedures, forms, and programs. In addition, they have assisted management with implementing and communicating structural changes within an organization.

Amy Raucher's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science from SUNY Geneseo.
