Jaclyn Saxe

Jaclyn Saxe has accumulated a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and media planning throughout their career. Starting as an Assistant Media Planner at Carat USA in 2010, they progressed to the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at The Bachrach Group in 2012. Most recently, they hold the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at AdTheorent since 2021. With a strong background in recruiting and organizational development, Jaclyn has continuously excelled in their roles within the advertising and recruitment industries.

Jaclyn Saxe attended Marlboro High School before pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications at Indiana University Bloomington. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Culture from Six Figure Jobs Inc.
