Lily P. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the fields of graphic design, marketing, client services, and media operations. Starting as a Public Relations Intern at Bushwick Film Festival in 2012, they moved on to roles as a Marketing Intern at GreenBook, an Ad Operations Coordinator at GroupM, and various positions at LiveIntent, Inc. Lily also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for their own company, Lily Poon. Most recently, they held roles at OpAD Media Solutions, culminating in the position of Senior Media Director, Programmatic. Lily now serves as Partnership Director, Data at AdTheorent.

Lily P. graduated from Baruch College with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Advertising and Marketing Communications / Graphic Design.
