Rick Dalton

Rick Dalton is the SVP of Yield at AdTheorent. Prior to joining AdTheorent, Rick was the Director of Data Operations at Yahoo!, where they oversaw a team of 23 people and was responsible for integrating the interclick data business strategy and operations within Yahoo!, post-acquisition. Rick has also held the position of Director of Data Operations at interclick, where they developed a plan to manage a yearly budget of $22MM and led business relationships with 50 3rd party data providers across online and offline data sources.

Rick Dalton attended the University at Buffalo School of Management, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.

Rick Dalton reports to Bill Todd, Chief Revenue Officer. They work with Jason Han - SVP, Revenue Operations & Partnerships, Nick Cheetany - SVP, National Sales.
