Sarah Hickey

Sarah Hickey (nee Mendham), MBA, is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry with a notable career spanning over two decades. Currently, Sarah holds the position of Senior Director Sales for BT Group and Openreach at Adtran since July 2017. Prior to this role, Sarah served in various capacities at ADVA Optical Networking, including Senior Director Sales for BT, BT Account Director, and BT Key Account Manager, among others. Earlier in their career, Sarah worked in customer services at BT. Educationally, Sarah earned an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Leeds (2014-2016) and holds a HNC in Business from York College of Further and Higher Education (2003-2005).
