Yulia Tokareva is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at ADV Group since November 2012, overseeing the central HR function for 2,000 employees and managing a team of 30 HR professionals. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, internal communications, top-level recruitment, and the development of incentive programs and training strategies. Prior to this role, Yulia held HR manager positions at Initiative and Media Arts Group. Yulia Tokareva holds an education degree from the Russian Academy of Advocacy and Notaries, completed between 2003 and 2008.
