Kirsten Tullia

Kirsten Tullia has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Kirsten currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Payment & Health Care Delivery Policy at AdvaMed, where they previously served as the Vice President. Prior to their time at AdvaMed, Tullia worked at MITRE as the Department Head of Health Policy and as a Principal Health Policy Analyst. Kirsten'sresponsibilities included providing thought leadership on health care policy, developing technical products and recommendations for program implementation, and providing regulatory advice. Tullia also worked as an Associate at Musculoskeletal Clinical Regulatory Advisers, LLC, where they focused on developing strategic reimbursement plans for medical devices. Additionally, they gained legal experience through roles such as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice and a Legal Intern at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Tullia's background also includes internships at the Chambers of the Honorable Judith N. Macaluso and Inova Health System. Kirsten furthered their education at Johns Hopkins University - Bloomberg School of Public Health, earning a Master's degree in Public Health from 2012 to 2014. In 2013, they obtained certification from the Court of Appeals of Maryland as a member of the Maryland State Bar.
