Tracy MacNeal

Tracy MacNeal serves as President and CEO of Materna Medical, a post-revenue medical device company recognized as a Fast Company World Changing Ideas finalist. Tracy holds significant leadership roles, including Executive Board Member and Chair of the Women's Health Equity Initiative with AdvaMed, and Chair of the Women's Executive Network, which promotes women in MedTech. As a Member of the Board of Directors for Freyja Healthcare, Tracy supports advancements in women's health. Having invested in entrepreneurial ventures as an Angel Investor with Portfolia, Tracy's previous experience includes leading diagnostics and digital health at Ximedica and being Chief Strategy Officer at ATW Companies. Tracy's career began at Merck & Co., followed by a successful venture in consulting. Academic credentials include an MBA in Health Sector Management from Duke University and a BE in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union.
