Solehatun Nadiyah

Solehatun Nadiyah's work experience includes being a Human Resources Support at ADVANCE.AI since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at PT CIMB Niaga Auto Finance as a part of the Organizational Development team from November 2019 to May 2020. Their responsibilities included monitoring the performance of the sales department, managing sales employee achievement data, and assisting the HR Executive with translation and designing posters for events. Before that, they were an Administration Finance Intern at PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) from July 2018 to February 2019. In this role, they created insurance arrears letters, supported the Finance Department in designing presentation material, and made reports on the rating of financing companies. Solehatun also served as a Volunteer at the Asian Games 2018, where they checked branding on the venue, reported on conditions that did not meet international standards, and provided information to the public about the games.

Solehatun Nadiyah completed their Bachelor's degree in Manajemen Keuangan from Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (PNJ) from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended SMA Negeri 1 Cirebon from 2012 to 2015, with a focus on Sciences. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Interviewing Techniques from LinkedIn in October 2022, DISC & MSDT Training from BIPI Consulting in June 2022, and Wakil Perantara Perdagangan Efek from TICMI.
