- 2017-2019: Held the role of Business Development at Kredit Pintar, where they assisted the President/CEO with administrative duties and supported HR/Legal functions.

- 2019-present: Currently working as a Project Manager at ADVANCE.AI.

Tara Young earned their Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Jinan University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
