Frank Blair

Frank Blair has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Frank started their career as an Operations Analyst at Symbion, where they focused on ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and driving strategic planning and budgeting. Frank then interned at HUMANA, INC in the Contracting and Provider Relations department while attending graduate school.

After that, Frank interned at HCA in Corporate Communications, where they identified areas of savings in marketing and implemented new tools. Frank also created a marketing plan that increased the number of cash customers at imaging facilities.

Moving forward, Frank worked at Continuum Health as the Vice President of Operations, overseeing multiple Community Mental Health Centers and managing financial due diligence for hospital and clinic opportunities. Frank also created budgets for all facilities.

At AMSURG, Frank held various roles, including Regional Vice President to Division Vice President, Senior Division Vice President, and Senior Vice President of Southeast Operations. In these positions, they managed multiple Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), mentored and led administrators, and guided corporate strategies for growth and partnerships.

Currently, Frank works as the Chief Executive Officer at Advanced Care Partners. Here, they lead the leading regional provider of services for medically fragile children and aims to provide a high-quality, lower-cost alternative to prolonged hospitalization for medically complex children.

Frank Blair graduated from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management in 2008 with an MBA, specializing in Healthcare and Finance. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from The University of Georgia in 2001. Frank completed their high school education at Montgomery Bell Academy in 1997.
