Laura Connelly

Laura Connelly is a dedicated registered nurse with extensive experience in providing comprehensive nursing care for medically fragile pediatric patients in both home and school settings. Currently employed at Advanced Care Partners since October 2021, Laura develops and reevaluates care plans while facilitating health education for families and communicating effectively with medical teams. Prior experience includes delivering acute healthcare for students at Soliant and supporting moderately to severely disabled students in educational settings with Fulton County School District and Bay Village City School District. Laura holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Registered Nursing from Columbia State Community College and a certificate in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Southeastern Paralegal Institute.
