Jane Wood

Jane Wood is a Lecturer in Textile and Fashion Technology at The University of Manchester since June 2022. Prior to this, Jane was a Senior Lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University for over 14 years, where Jane taught textile technology and was involved in research projects. Additionally, Jane has experience as a Fabric technical executive at Dewhirst. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science in Textile Chemistry from The University of Leeds, a Master of Science in Clothing Product Development, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Academic Practice from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Jane is also a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy at Advance HE.
