Shikha Thakur

Shikha Thakur is currently employed as a Servicenow Technical Consultant at Advance Solutions Corp. (ADVANCE) since August 2021 and has also held the position of Technical Associate. Shikha is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), expected to complete in August 2024. Previously, Shikha earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Engineering from Narula Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2020, and completed a Diploma at the Supreme Knowledge Foundation Group of Institutions between 2014 and 2017. Early education includes a High School degree in Computer Science from Bholananda National Vidyalaya.
