Rachel Stivers

Rachel Stivers is the Director of Marketing at Advance Your Reach. Rachel has been with the company since April of 2022, and in their current role they are responsible for sales, marketing, and mindset coaching for clients.

Previously, Rachel was with High Impact Coaching as a Business Growth Consultant. In this role, they helped coaches build profitable, sustainable, and impactful businesses online. Rachel coached over 800 individuals to reach their business goals, and helped multiple people build 7-Figure Businesses from the ground up.

During their time with High Impact Coaching, Rachel increased company sales by 33%. Rachel helped optimize both inbound and outbound sales strategies and systems, copy for sales scripts and DM/Email outreach, as well as community management. This growth led the company to becoming a 7-Figure company, with plans to reach 8-Figures in 2022.

Rachel Stivers attended the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts (PCPA) for acting conservatory, the California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo for computer science with a focus in cryptography and cyber-security, and Highland High School where they were valedictorian. Rachel also has certification from Yoga Farm Ithaca in yoga instructor, meditation instructor, and NEPQ.

They work with Amber Trotter-Cox - Executive Assistant, Jess Andrews - Director of Operations & Integrator. Their manager is Pete Vargas, Visionary.
