Amanda Roberts is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent management, marketing, and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Talent Officer at Advance since 2024, Amanda focuses on fostering growth and innovation within a diverse portfolio of companies. Prior roles include Partner, Talent at L Catterton, where Amanda contributed to the world's largest consumer-focused private equity firm, and US Consumer Practice Group Leader at Egon Zehnder, a premier leadership advisory firm. Amanda's career also includes positions at blinkBox Entertainment, Management Leadership for Tomorrow, and Young and Rubicam, among others. Amanda holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Political Economies of Industrial Societies from the University of California, Berkeley.
