Sylvia Kwong

Sylvia Kwong, CEBS, is an experienced total rewards professional with a focus on benefits, payroll, and HRIS management. Currently serving as Total Rewards Lead at Advance since December 2015, Sylvia has played a pivotal role in refining total rewards strategies, compliance, and benefits optimization across the corporate enterprise. Previous positions include Benefits Manager at David Yurman and Fidessa, as well as Benefits Consultant at Advance, where Sylvia managed comprehensive health and welfare plans, ACA reporting, and payroll functions. With a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University at Buffalo, Sylvia's extensive career in the field encompasses strategic planning and execution in multiple corporate environments.
