Tori Dorsey

Tori Dorsey, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Total Rewards Team Lead and Senior Benefits Specialist at PacificSource Health Plans since September 2021, where responsibilities include administration and support of benefit programs and preparation of new employee benefit paperwork. Prior to this role, Tori worked at Veterinary Service Inc from March 2017 to September 2021, progressing through titles such as Senior Human Resource Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and HR Generalist, focusing on recruitment strategies, employee relations, workforce planning, and benefits administration. Tori holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Capella University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
