Caio Kugelmas

Caio Kugelmas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caio began their career at Case New Holland, where they worked as an Auditor. Caio then moved on to GE Healthcare, where they served as the CFO of Brazil. Following this, Caio joined Medtronic Brazil as the Finance Director. Caio later joined Novartis and held various positions, including CFO of Latin America, CFO of the International (RoW) Region, and Group Country CFO of Mexico. Caio then became the VP and CFO of Genoptix and later Navigate Biopharma. Caio's most recent role was as the Chief Financial Officer of the Radiopharmaceuticals business at Novartis, overseeing the acquisitions of Advanced Accelerator Applications and Endocyte Inc. In 2021, they became the Managing Director and General Manager of the Molecular Imaging business at Novartis, as well as the Managing Director and General Manager of the Molecular Imaging division at Advanced Accelerator Applications.

Caio Kugelmas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. From 1996 to 1998, they pursued a Masters in International Business with a focus on Finance at the University of South Carolina, earning an MBA degree.
