Rebecca Ponzer

Rebecca Ponzer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Rebecca began their career at PwC as an Assistant Financial Services Insurance from February 2008 to October 2009. Following this, they worked as an HR Assistant at Swissgrid AG from April 2010 to February 2011. Rebecca then moved on to Adecco On site services AG bei Novartis Pharma Stein AG, where they held the role of HR Specialist from March 2011 to March 2012.

In 2012, they joined Novartis and continued their HR career. Rebecca started as an HR Business Associate from April 2012 to February 2015 before becoming an HR Business Partner from March 2015 to January 2018. Rebecca then took on the role of Global HR Business Partner at Novartis from February 2018 onwards.

Most recently, they joined Advanced Accelerator Applications in July 2019 as a Senior Manager Global P&O Projects. In March 2021, they transitioned to the role of Country P&O lead and Global BP.

Rebecca Ponzer obtained a Master of Science in Business&Economics from the University of Basel from 2002 to 2008. Rebecca also holds a certification in Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy from LinkedIn, obtained in 2020.
