Trini Rodriguez

Trini Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Trini started their career at Vedior Laborman as a Responsable selección from 1998-2000. Trini then worked as a Técnico RRLL at AL-PI Telecomunicacions SOX in 2000. In 2001, they worked briefly as a Responsable Selección at Coty before joining Novartis as a Human Resources Technician from 2001-2008. Trini then joined Coperfil Real Estate Group, s.a. as a Human Resources Manager from 2008-2011. Trini then started their own professional project, Enfoque Femenino, in 2011 as a Coach & HR Consultant. From 2013-2018, they worked at Novartis as an HR Business Partner Senior, gaining experience in talent management and project support. Trini's most recent role, starting in October 2018, is as the P&O Lead Spain & Portugal at Advanced Accelerator Applications.

Trini Rodriguez's education history includes obtaining a Diplomatura in Relaciones Laborales from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 1998. In 2011, they completed a Master's degree in Coaching Ejecutivo y Personal from UPF-IDEC. In 2017, they received a certification as an ACTP Executive Coach from Escuela Europea Coaching, accredited by ICF.
