Benjamin C. has extensive work experience in a variety of roles. Benjamin began their career in 2005 as a Buyer/International Trade Analyst/Distribution at Brunswick Corporation. In 2010, they joined Dow AgroSciences as a Global Sales & Operations Planning Leader (Seeds and Crop Protection Business ~$7bn in Sales), Global Supply Chain Leader (Rice, Tree, & Vine Portfolio ~$500MM), and Global Competitive Intelligence, Strategy, Consulting. In 2016, they moved to AgReserves, Inc. as a Farmland Asset Portfolio Manager | Farmland Reserves, leading deal flow, due diligence, and acquisition execution for one of the greatest assets on earth, farmland. In 2018, they joined Purdue University as an Adjunct Instructor - Executive Communication & Data Visualization. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Advanced Agrilytics as an Enterprise Business Lead and Director Strategy & Business Development.
Benjamin C. completed their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Ag. Business / Animal Science from Brigham Young University - Idaho between 1997 and 2001. Benjamin then attended Brigham Young University from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a BS in Economics. In 2009 to 2011, they attended Purdue University and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In 2010, they attended GISMA - German International Graduate School of Management and Administration, Hannover, Germany, where they completed a Graduate Exchange in Business and Manufacturing Design.
