Kelly Worman has over 20 years of work experience. Kelly began their career in 2000 as an Executive Assistant to Regional VP and Quality Auditor at Taratec Development Corporation. In 2003, they moved to Equity Office Properties as a Human Resources Representative, where they were responsible for core HR processes and providing guidance to associates and supervisors. In 2006, they joined DuPont Pioneer as a Location Administrative Assistant, where they were responsible for hiring over 100 season personnel and payroll entry for all employees. In 2012, they moved to Elanco / Unison Resources (at Elanco) as a Senior Executive Assistant, Business Support Specialist, and Team Leader. There, they provided executive support and maintained calendars for internal and external meetings. In 2014, they joined Washington Prime Group Inc. as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and Legal Admin, where they managed calendars, emails, travel arrangements, and expenses. Finally, in 2019, they joined Advanced Agrilytics as an Executive Assistant / Office Manager.

Kelly Worman attended Highland High School from 1994 to 1997, where they studied English/Journalism. Kelly then attended Ball State University from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Business Administration, Management and Operations.
