Jon Payne

Jon Payne has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jon started their career at Monsanto in 1993, where they served as the Manager of Information Technology for multiple divisions. Jon oversaw all IT functions and departmental operations, leading integration initiatives and contributing to management team presentations. In 2000, they joined The NutraSweet Company as the Director of Information Technology, where they managed a team and administered operations to ensure optimal IT service delivery. In 2003, they moved to Morris Communications and held the roles of Director of Technical Operations and Director of Technology Innovation. In these positions, they spearheaded architectural design, operations, and support of the enterprise computing environment, as well as commanded the development and implementation of strategic technology initiatives. Jon then joined SAPTraining.com in 2008 as the Director of Operations, responsible for overseeing operations within the company. In 2009, Jon became a Project Manager at United Global Technologies, leading projects and managing teams. Jon then transitioned to Intermedix in 2011, serving as the Senior Director of Professional Services Operations. At this role, they oversaw the operations of professional services and managed the daily operations. Finally, in 2014, they joined Advanced Automation Consulting as the Chief Technology Officer/Vice President of Operations. Jon led daily operations and implemented processes to attract and retain consultants for the success of clients.

Jon Payne earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Jon then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at Augusta University from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, Jon has obtained certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in February 2011 and as a Certified Myers-Briggs Practitioner (MBTI) from CPP, Inc. in January 2004.
