Reed Shick

Reed Shick has a strong background in intellectual property and research development. Reed is currently working at Advanced Battery Concepts as the Director of Research Development and Director of Intellectual Property. Before that, they founded and directed Intellectual Property Matrix where they served as the Director of Intellectual Property. Reed also worked as the Vice President of Technology Stewardship and Co-founder at Covaron Advanced Materials. Reed founded Intensify Solar LLC and served as its Founder. In addition, Reed was a Technology President at Opportunity Analyst. Prior to that, they held various roles at The Dow Chemical Company, including Intellectual Capital Manager and Intellectual Capital Manager/Researcher. Reed started their career as a Scientist at AMEX Material Research Center.

Reed Shick pursued their education at the University of Michigan. Reed obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from 1979 to 1983. Later, they continued their studies at the same university and completed a Masters degree in Physical Chemistry from 1985 to 1987. Finally, Reed Shick achieved their highest level of education, earning a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Michigan between 1987 and 1989.
