Smita Agrawal

Smita Agrawal has extensive experience in the field of clinical research and audiology, currently serving as the Manager of Collaborative Research for the Americas at Advanced Bionics since October 2010. In this role, Smita Agrawal has initiated and managed post-market clinical research at external sites across North America and Latin America, and previously held positions as Principal Research Scientist and Senior Clinical Research Scientist. Earlier, Smita Agrawal worked as a Clinical Research Scientist, focusing on novel current steering strategies and clinical fitting methods. Prior to joining Advanced Bionics, Smita Agrawal was a Post-doctoral Research Scholar at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics from October 2008 to September 2010. Smita Agrawal holds a PhD in Communication Disorders/Audiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master of Science in Audiology from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Science in Audiology and Speech Rehabilitation from the University of Mumbai.
