Tom DelMastro, Ph.D.

Vice President - Quality Control and Regulatory at Advanced Biotech

Tom DelMastro, Ph.D. has work experience in both academia and industry. Tom began their career at the University at Albany, where they worked as a General & Organic Chemistry Laboratory Teaching Assistant and later as a Chemical Research Associate from August 2008 to May 2010. In August 2010, they joined Advanced Biotech as a Quality Control Chemist / Regulatory Affairs Specialist. Tom progressed within the company and as of January 2017, they held the position of Vice President - Quality Control and Regulatory.

Tom DelMastro, Ph.D. began their educational journey in 2004 at Wagner College, where they studied chemistry. From 2006 to 2008, they attended the University at Albany, SUNY, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry. Tom then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemistry from the University at Albany, SUNY, finishing their studies in 2010. Following this, they enrolled at Seton Hall University, where they specialized in Analytical Chemistry and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in 2016.
