Advanced Brain Monitoring
Parker Goetz is a Product Development Engineer at Advanced Brain Monitoring since September 2021, with prior experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at UC Irvine from December 2018 to August 2021. In the research role, Parker focused on understanding sleep spindles in healthy infants during early development and employed signal processing techniques and MATLAB toolboxes to analyze clinically recorded EEGs, developing an automatic sleep spindle detector for comparative studies with infants diagnosed with brain disorders. Parker holds a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from UC Irvine, completed in 2021.

Over the past decade, Advanced Brain Monitoring has developed and implemented mobile, user-friendly platforms for acquiring, integrating, analyzing and reporting multi-sensor data in real-world applications. Their strong and growing technical team includes PhD- and masters-level hardware engineers, biostatisticians, software engineers and expertsin signal processing, experimental design and clinical trials.ABM seeks to build on existing collaborations within the academic community and develop strategic partnerships across industry with like-minded professionals.
