Phillip Payne

Phillip Payne is an experienced executive and entrepreneur, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Payne Financial Group and Payne Financial Services, LLC. Beginning in January 2022, Phillip has also held the position of Sales Originations Supervisor at Advanced Call Center Technologies, LLC, where responsibilities include supervising a team of sales agents and overseeing performance metrics. Phillip co-founded The Highlands Group in July 2021 and previously led Highlander Group LLC until April 2022. Additional professional experience includes technical support roles at SYKES and Northrop Grumman. Phillip holds two Bachelor's degrees in Computer and Information Sciences and Information Technology from Campbell University, where studies began in 1998 and concluded in 2003.
