Tim Smith

With a diverse skillset ranging from business development and strategic planning to change management and organizational leadership, Tim has spent more than a decade growing companies and their markets while simultaneously increasing profitability.

As Regional Vice President of PSC, Tim reported directly to the CEO and helped to establish the direction and vision of the company. Later, Tim served as Senior Vice President at Clean Harbors. Managing three service lines averaging $300M in annual revenue and a workforce of over 750, he drove 10-plus percent organic annual growth. In 2010, Tim joined Cascade Drilling as President. He was appointed CEO the next year. During his captaincy, Cascade achieved organic growth of over 10% per year and completed no less than a dozen acquisitions, expanding its national footprint tremendously.

Tim has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Washington State University. A Seattle-area resident, he has been married 16 years and has a 14-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old son.
