Ossama Khodair

Ossama Khodair has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as an Act Hospitality Installer at Advanced Computer Technology since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ossama worked at Serenity Hotels & Resorts in Makadi Bay, Hurghada, as Front Desk Shift Leader from June 2021 to July 2024. Additionally, roles at Jaz Hotel Group included Shift Leader and Shift Supervisor between January 2019 and July 2024, where responsibilities involved greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring adherence to customer service standards.
