Michelle Delucia

Michelle DeLucia has extensive experience in human resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Michelle is currently the Chief People Officer at Advanced Disaster Recovery, where they oversee all aspects of HR strategy development and execution, including policy planning, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, and performance reviews. Michelle also manages risk and compliance functions for the organization.

Prior to their current role, Michelle served as the Director of Human Resources at Bentley Labs, where they acted as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and supported the company's growth. Michelle navigated the organization through the COVID-19 crisis by implementing flexible staffing strategies to optimize operations.
