Luciana Wasnievski da Silva de Luca Ramos is a seasoned professional in mechanical engineering with a focus on thermal science and extensive experience in new product development, research, and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Lead New Product Development Engineer at Advanced Distributor Products since July 2022, Luciana also holds the position of Lead Engineer at Lennox International. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration, where Luciana managed the establishment of a testing program for CO2 gas coolers, and at the Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas, where Luciana headed a micromanufacturing laboratory.
