Erik Schroder

Erik Schroder is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the plastics and drainage industries. Since October 2012, Erik has held key roles at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., including Manager of Operations Training and Plant Manager, contributing to the company's status as the world's largest manufacturer of polyethylene drainage pipe. Prior to this, Erik served as Production Manager at Intek Plastics from January 2009 to October 2012, overseeing production schedules, raw material purchasing, and customer relations, alongside a role as Machine Operator/Shift Supervisor. Erik's career began at A&L Plastics Co. Inc., where responsibilities included production management and customer relations from 1996 to January 2009. Erik holds an Associate's degree from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2008 and 2010.
