Briana Durham

Briana Durham is currently serving as the General Manager of Training Operations at Apprenti since April 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing the technical instruction of the apprenticeship training academy and driving strategic growth initiatives. Prior to this role, Briana held various positions at the Aerospace Joint Apprenticeship Committee, including Director of Business Development and Programs, where notable achievements included designing apprenticeship programs for the aerospace industry and leading a team of 30-60 employees. Briana also served as Director of Programs and Special Projects, launching the first state-wide youth apprenticeship cohort and participating in a prestigious program in Switzerland. Earlier experience includes roles at Alaska Airlines in drug abatement and at Pioneer Human Services as a Manufacturing Instructor and Program Manager, focused on training justice-involved individuals for careers in manufacturing. Briana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership & Management from Northwest University, earned in 2021.
