Brandon Nichols

Brandon Nichols is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations training and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations Training at Constellation since June 2021, Brandon has also held the position of Director at Getting Heroes Home since January 2019. Previous roles include Emergency Preparedness Manager and Senior Operations Instructor at Exelon Nuclear, Project Engineer Manager at JF Edwards Construction, and Operations Technician/Supervisor at USEC Inc., with a foundational military background as an E6 Nuclear Machinist Mate in the US Navy. Brandon holds an MBA in Energy from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, along with a Master's degree in Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University.
