Josh Herchl

Josh Herchl has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and infrastructure industry. Josh has worked for Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. in various roles, including Director of Municipal Markets, National Infrastructure Market Manager, Product Manager for New Product Development, Engineered Products Manager, and Sales Representative. Josh was responsible for areas such as sales growth strategies, market analysis, strategic planning, business development, and coordination between different departments. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Engineer at Burgess & Niple, Inc. and as an Area Engineer at Hancor, Inc., a subsidiary of Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. Josh also worked at TolTest, Inc. as a Project Manager and Field Engineer, where they were responsible for geotechnical consulting, testing, and inspection. Josh Herchl attended Westlake High School from 1991 to 1994. Josh then pursued a degree at The University of Toledo, completing an Associate of Applied Science in Construction Engineering from 1994 to 1997. Josh furthered their education at the same university and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from 1997 to 1999.
