Rachael Houghton

Rachael Houghton has extensive work experience in the procurement, planning, and supply chain field. Rachael is currently serving as the Head of Procurement and Planning at Advanced since January 2024. Prior to this, Rachael worked as a Supply Chain Manager at OsecoElfab from January 2023 to January 2024. Rachael also held a position as a Supplier Collaboration Manager at Britishvolt from May 2022 to December 2022. Rachael's previous roles include Planning and Logistics Manager at Soil Machine Dynamics Ltd from September 2021 to May 2022, as well as Planning and Demand Manager from November 2019 to September 2021. Before that, they worked as a Supply Chain Supervisor, Production Planner, and Planning Technician at CMR Group from August 2017 to November 2019. Rachael gained experience as a Materials Planner at Cummins Inc. from July 2016 to August 2017, and as an Undergraduate Purchasing Placement from August 2014 to June 2016. Rachael started their career as a Cashier and Relief Manager at Betfred from May 2011 to September 2013.

Rachael Houghton attended Sheffield Hallam University from 2012 to 2016, where they studied Business Management with a focus on Business and Management.
