Hannah Polikov has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Hannah began their career as a Summer Associate at Foley Hoag LLP in 2007. Hannah then worked as an Associate at Smith Anderson, where they played a crucial role in establishing the firm's Renewable Energy Law Practice. Hannah later served as a Senior Legislative Assistant at the U.S. House of Representatives in 2009. In 2010, they joined the Maryland Energy Administration as a Senior Policy Advisor. Hannah also worked at Empower Generation as a Board Member from 2016 to 2018. Most recently, they held the positions of Director, Public Utility Commission Program and Managing Director at Advanced Energy United, starting in 2013 and 2019, respectively.
Hannah Polikov obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Subsequently, they pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Duke University School of Law, from 2005 to 2008.
