Jai Balagopal

Jai Balagopal currently serves as the Managing Director at Trinity Life Sciences, where Jai delivers Digital and AI solutions to enhance the operations of life sciences commercial teams and improve patient outcomes. Previously, Jai held the position of Client Partner at Axtria - Ingenious Insights, focusing on data-informed decision-making to boost sales, medical, and marketing efforts for life sciences clients. In 2023, Jai worked as an Enterprise AI Consultant, leveraging expertise in Enterprise Technology to advance Generative AI capabilities within life sciences organizations. Additionally, Jai was the Practice Director for Commercial Technology Consulting at Veeva Systems, where the emphasis was on developing digital practices to improve customer experiences. Over a 19-year tenure at Accenture LLP, Jai contributed as a Consulting Senior Manager, helping life sciences clients enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency through digital initiatives. Jai holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Boston University.
