Al Cirelli

Al Cirelli has extensive work experience in the field of tax, with a focus on global tax matters. Al began their career at Hasbro as a Tax Analyst for Federal & State tax. Al then joined Sun Microsystems, Inc. as a Senior Manager - International Tax & Transfer Pricing, where they were responsible for international tax compliance, income tax accounting, and global transfer pricing. After that, they worked at HP as a Director of International Tax, overseeing international tax compliance and tax planning for HP's foreign operations. Al later joined Accuray, Inc. as a Vice President of Global Tax, managing global tax matters and ASC740 tax reporting for the company. Al then moved on to MWH Global, Inc. as their Vice President of Global Tax, where they led all aspects of worldwide direct and indirect tax matters for the company. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Global Tax at Advanced Energy, where they are responsible for the company's global tax strategy.

Al Cirelli has a B.S. in Accounting from Bryant University and an MS in Taxation from Bentley University. Al also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
