Lenny Shaver

Lenny Shaver has had a comprehensive work experience in various roles and positions. Lenny began their career in 1995 as a Mechanical Engineer (Co-Op) at Watlow. Lenny later worked at Luxtron Corporation, where they held positions such as Sensor Engineer, Sr. Development Engineer, Product Manager, and Marketing Manager. Lenny then joined LumaSense Technologies, Denmark, on an assignment for six months as a Product & Marketing Manager. Afterward, they moved to Mikron Infrared as a Sr. Product Manager. Lenny later returned to LumaSense Technologies, where they held roles such as Sr. Marketing Manager, Growth Leader, Director Business Development, and Director, Software & Solutions. Currently, they are working at Advanced Energy as the Sr. Dir Product Management, and as of January 2022, they are the Director of Strategic Marketing. Lenny has a diverse background encompassing product management, marketing, software development, and business development.

Lenny Shaver completed their education at Washington University in St. Louis from 1991 to 1996. Lenny obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) and also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Public Policy (BSEP). Prior to their university education, they attended Blue Springs High School.
