Sarah Fullerton Stern

Sarah Fullerton Stern, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Sarah Fullerton is currently serving as the Director of People & Culture (HR) at Advanced Energy, a position they started in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked for QEP Resources, Inc. for almost 8 years, from June 2014 to January 2022, in the role of Senior HR Advisor. In this role, they acted as an HR Business Partner/Advisor to Executives and was responsible for leading all aspects of HR Operations. Sarah also served as a thought leader and resource in HR program design and implementation.

Before joining QEP Resources, Inc., Sarah worked at Arrow Electronics starting from September 2009. Sarah Fullerton held various roles within the company, including HR Manager and Senior HR Consultant. As an HR Manager, Sarah directed strategic and tactical human resources programs for their client groups and provided counsel to executives on HR matters. Sarah Fullerton also managed a team of 2 professionals.

Sarah's earlier work experience includes roles at Saint Thomas Health Services, where they worked as an HR Generalist from February 2007 to November 2009, and as a Training & Education Specialist from October 2005 to February 2007. These roles provided Sarah with a strong foundation in HR and an understanding of various HR functions.

Sarah Fullerton Stern, SPHR, SHRM-SCP earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University in 2004. Sarah Fullerton later obtained a Master of Education degree in Organizational Leadership from Vanderbilt University in 2005. Sarah Fullerton Stern also holds additional certifications including SHRM-SCP and SPHR.
