Lethia Collins

Lethia Collins has extensive experience in nursing and advanced practice roles, having served as a staff RN and RN First Assistant at Floyd Memorial Hospital since February 1980. Lethia currently works at Advanced ENT and Allergy as a Nurse Practitioner and Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant, diagnosing and treating conditions related to ear, nose, throat, allergy, and head & neck, collaborating with ENT specialists and audiologists. Previous experience includes serving as a Nurse Practitioner for general surgery at FMMG-Surgery, focusing on hospital rounds and post-operative care. Lethia holds an ASN from Indiana University Southeast, a BSN and MSN from Spalding University, and has furthered professional development through certifications and affiliations.
