Melissa Reardon

Melissa Reardon, MS, currently serves as the Organic Department Manager and Analyst II at Advanced Environmental Laboratories, Inc. since August 2023. Prior to this, Melissa worked as a Research and Development Chemist I/II at Trividia Health, Inc. from October 2021 to July 2023. Melissa gained valuable experience as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Arlington from August 2018 to August 2021, where responsibilities included teaching various chemistry courses and conducting research on organometallic complexes. Earlier career experiences include an internship at Algenol, serving as a Student Partner with WileyPlus, and conducting undergraduate research at Florida Gulf Coast University. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Florida Gulf Coast University.
