Marc Denman

Marc Denman has a diverse work experience spanning over the past two decades. Marc has held various roles in different companies. Starting from 2000, they worked as a Sales Representative and Assistant Office and Marketing Manager at Admar General Contractors for six years. In 2006, they joined Eco-Lite Products as an Account Executive, Tradeshow Coordinator, and Inside and Outside B2B salesperson, where they developed new business relationships and coordinated tradeshows. In 2008, they became a Senior Account Manager and Business Development professional at North American Plywood Corporation. In 2012, they joined Pioneer Properties and held multiple roles, including Director of Business Development and Vice President of Business Development and Project Management. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at Advanced Facility Solutions, which focuses on Facilities Management and Commercial Construction services across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Marc Denman has a high school diploma from Pequannock Township H, obtained in 2000. Marc attended Johnson & Wales University from 2002 to 2004, studying Business Administration and Management, General. In 2013-2014, they pursued Construction Management at Pace University. Marc also holds additional certifications in Project Management and Certified Project Management from Pace University.
