Adrian Rico

Adrian Rico has held various roles in the past 5 years, beginning in 2021 as a Product Manager for Advanced.Farm and a Field Research Associate. In 2018, they were a Research and Development Project Engineer at Mission Produce Inc., where they designed and executed post-harvest research studies and researched and commercialized packaging materials and CPG. In 2017, they were an Instructional Student Assistant and Student Assistant at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they were in charge of the distribution of tech devices and management of inventory. In 2016, they were a Student Assistant for Special Collections and Archives and an On-Call Custodian at California Polytechnic State University, and a High School Varsity Basketball Coach at San Luis Obispo Classical Academy. In 2015, they were a Middle School Basketball Coach at San Luis Obispo Classical Academy.

Adrian Rico began their educational journey at Cuesta College, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Mathematics and Business Administration and Management, General between 2014 and 2016. In 2016, they transferred to California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology and Packaging in 2018. In 2019, they took courses at UCLA Extension in Project Management and Six Sigma Green Belt.
